Marvelous Work and a Wonder® Testimonials

My name is Noraleen  Vicenti, I presently reside in Northern New Mexico, on the Jicarilla Apache reservation. I was born in 1957.

I have had to edit my testimony a few times already. Especially after reading Christopher’s book on Revelation and other writings.

For years I studied the Bible, and many other religious texts, and I thought I had a good understanding of prophecy. I wondered why so few people ever knew about or searched for the hidden books, or even searched for the sealed portion of scripture. Even more, I wondered why they didn’t ever mention any books or prophecy beyond the Bible. I saw it as “limiting the holy one of Israel,” a limitless God.

I didn’t seem to fit into any church mold, and for a while, I thought that the Messianic mold was close, but I was wrong again. They wouldn’t read the Book of Mormon either. I didn’t seem to fit anywhere, until I read Christopher’s books. That is when I realized that I lacked an understanding of the deeper meanings of scripture, but then again, it was “sealed until the time of the end.” (Daniel 12:9, Isaiah 29:11).

I am truly grateful to have been led to these beautiful books and their revelations! I was humbled and enlightened by these Truths.

So, who is Noraleen? Just one of many children, searching for an understanding. I spent much time reading, praying, and searching through scriptures. Finding these truths has changed my whole perception and perspective on life, religion, and the world. I now realize and continue to see how much a prisoner we are to our mortal desires.

I have believed in prayer for so long. When I didn’t have the answers and resources to help others, I trusted that a loving creator did; that was my hope. I now realize and regret how much time I can’t get back which I could have used in better ways. Praying always, living in the Spirit of love, is totally different than worrisome pleading. I realize that I still have much to learn, but now I approach it more as a child.

Who I perceived myself to be was shaped or influenced by where I grew up and who my parents were. My mother was Belgian and my father was a full-blood Jicarilla Apache, which made me of a mixed race that didn’t fit well into either “world,” per se. I was kind of a misfit.

Both of my parents had a huge impact and influence on me. My father was a very gifted artist and my mother was a gifted translator, was multilingual and also talented. They created wonderful opportunities for me to experience life. My early childhood was in Utah, exposed to Mormonism. As a young adult, I grew up in Alexandria Virginia, right outside the nation’s capital. In my young adulthood, I worked in Alexandria and Washington D. C. I went to I.A.I.A. In Santa Fe, New Mexico after high school, and decided that I liked New Mexico.

My life has been between Dulce, New Mexico—home of my Jicarilla Apache ancestry—and Virginia, east coast and my mother’s heritage of Belgium. I studied Art, Psychology, Theatre, and archival research on the Jicarilla Apache. I graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. I enjoyed doing arts and crafts, music, and enjoy traveling and being around good people. I had and raised four children and also cared for two grandchildren.

I still have so many questions. According to my understanding, only the god of this world answers our prayers; and unless we become like children, knowing nothing, we can’t enter “the kingdom of heaven.” We all miss the mark though, and I know that I am guilty of letting the cares of this world and pride cloud my vision. I also realize that what I thought to be the truth was not what I thought. My world was turned upside down after reading Christopher’s book’s.

In recent years, I’ve had many struggles with my physical health, but I strive to be strong so I can be there for others.

Thank you, Christopher, for helping me see things differently and presenting me with a whole new perspective and set of challenges.

Many of my experiences as a youth, a young woman, were negative and largely a result of being from two very different races of people. I didn’t fit well into the cultural boxes that I felt others desired for me to conform to. So I can honestly say that there is much more to me than who the world sees. Not perfect, but still trying…
