Re: Idaho Default Judgement on Christopher Nemelka pertaining to his activities with Marvellous Work and a Wonder as Constituting Fraud and Racketeering brought to the court by Mr Harry Dschaak

I Elvis Mangisi, a Zimbabwean citizen currently resident In United Kingdom has been a follower of Marvellous Work and a Wonder for more than 10 Years and have a standing testimonial on the Marvellous Work and a Wonder Website. In light of the default judgement passed by your honourable court and furtherance of the said Harry Dschaak intend to subpoena the Marvellous Work and a Wonder Trust in the same said charges I feel obligated to submit my testimonial concerning this issue as it directly affects my standing in the global society.

In regard of the seriousness of the acclaimed offence of fraud and racketeering not only within the United States jurisdiction but also under International Law I have found it expedient to respond to this judgement as directly affected by it. The pronouncement of guilty upon this case indirectly makes me an accomplice to fraud and racketeering as a follower with a standing testimonial on The Marvellous Work and a Wonder website which testimony I intend to replace with this testament. My testimonial by implication invites innocent citizens of the world to a fraud and racket thus making me a fraudster and racketeer by association. It is in this regard that I both submit my objection to the ruling and declare myself a special witness to the divinity of Marvellous Work and a Wonder in exposing religious fraud and spiritual racketeering of organised religion as clearly expounded in the Books True History of Religion and A New American Scripture published by Pearl Publishing and available free of charge. Common sense dictate that in order to prove particular works to be a fraud and racket one must thoroughly study the works, investigate the works and come up with concrete evidence thus I invite the honourable courts to a rigorous study of these books and if any proof of fraud be found to equally furnish me with evidence in case I am a victim of delusions.

Furthermore I submit this judgement has further implications to the wider global community as shall be explained in my testament. The United States Constitution and most constitutions from democratic societies grants the Right to Religious Freedom. This constitutional freedom is meant to protect and preserve freedom of conscience and right to individual belief. In light of this judgement upon Christopher Nemelka activities with the Marvellous Work and a Wonder technically brings the courts to a legal dilemma. This work being religious in nature, when brought to judicial evaluation technically gives the judiciary authority to adjugate on religious affairs. The accusation of fraud and racketeering therefore extends to all organised religion whose leadership claim divine authority to speak on behalf of God. Their claims of being priesthood holders, prophets, seers and revelators and right to collect tithes and various financial offerings on behalf of God must necessarily fall under the same judicial purview. In the James Hunts versus The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2023 – In a ruling watched by many religious organisations, a 9^th US Circuit Court of Appeals en banc panel said the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints did not commit fraud by using tithes for a commercial property investment. On April 17 2023 the US District judge Robert J. Shelly determined that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had no responsibility to return tithing and offerings from disgruntled members and have a right to dispose such funds as they saw it fit.

In both instances the courts were careful to avoid entanglement in religious  issues and focused only on secular fraud claims which brings to the fore the necessity to determine the validity of Harry Dschaak right to subpoena the Trust in a matter related to the person of Christopher Nemelka. As a former ardent follower and supporter of this work his neutrality must be weighed as personal vendettas have a tendency to cloud rational judgement and impels the emotionally unstable to seek vengeance by way of any possible character assassination even to the extent of embroiling honourable courts in petty personal feuds devoid of any merit.

In light of this it will be prudent for this case to be brought before the federal court first to determine the legality of Idaho Courts to adjugate on religious matters and secondly to determine the veracity of the claims of fraud and racketeering. As this matter involves the International community by way of The Marvellous Work and a Wonder global outreach it will be appropriate for the case proceedings to be available to the global community to ensure and guarantee that such acclaimed religious fraud and spiritual racketeering be prevented from becoming a global pandemic. The followers of this work with testimonials on this works’ website must be equally afforded an opportunity to present their concerns as such a judgement necessarily makes them accomplices by association. This will give us equal chance to defend our faith and redeem our already soiled characters, equally providing the courts an opportunity to reveal to us where we might be equally victims of delusions. In the event Harry Dschaak felt he was defrauded the Trust has on numerous occasions called upon all donors to come forward and claim their donations. Why did he not claim his contributions. Peradventure he is a concerned citizen protecting the innocent from racketeering it will be prudent that the victims he is presenting be part of the case process to give testimonial evidence as to how fraud and racketeering was committed.

In my opinion, I find Harry Dschaak actions a contempt of the courts whose proceedings must be sacrosanct and protected from calumny and irresponsible pursuit of personal vendettas. While the constitution does not absolutely protect religious leaders from fraudulently enriching themselves at the expense of the church this frivolous pursuit is dangerous to religious freedom and the health of religious denominations and institutions. I have followed the Marvellous Work and a Wonder for over 10 years and have had numerous doubts and suspicions but after rigorous study and scrutiny of the trajectory and purpose of this work I have come to the conclusion that it is the most singular work with the capability to offer Real Truth to the salvation of a world in confusion and humanity under the curse of religious fraud and spiritual racketeering. This work actually exposes real fraud and racketeering to the emancipation of mankind from what Karl Marx labelled the opium of the masses- organised religion for mental slavery, exploitation and plunder by false prophets, seers and revelators claiming to be oracles of God when they are actually pedalling falsehoods for financial gain, worldly honour and perpetuation of human mental slavery. Indeed history is replete with religious influence in perpetuating wars and bloodshed all in the name of serving God. The Crusades, Jihad, Colonialism, Racial discrimination , tribal conflicts can all be traced back to faulty religious fanaticism perpetuating hatred and conflicts. It is this wickedness the Marvellous Work and a Wonder was established to oppose and promote the application of common sense as a way to bring the world to oneness as propagated in an upcoming text One World One Government. Thus the real import of this work must be thoroughly investigated not for criminal prosecution but as a way to appropriately understand how Real Truth saves the world from poverty, crime, vice, pride, unemployment and international conflicts based on bigotry and false religious philosophies.

I thus conclude my testament by affirming my testimony that the Marvellous Work and a Wonder is the Real Truth pertaining to Human Reality and the true order of the universe. This Work is both spiritual and scientific and its claims are verifiable both by historical evidence and scientific investigation. Remember the Book of Mormon to study and apply its teachings and save America.
